You are such an inspiration!!! I think I am going to hold myself accountable on my blog. I have been thinking about it for months...but been afraid of failing in front of everyone. But after reading your blog I think I need to just take a deep breath and do it!
I have been trying to find your post about how you have lost hte weight...like what you eat for breakfast, snacks etc. and you talk about the calorie amount you try to stay within. I know I read it but now I can't find it. lol could you link me to it? Thank you Becky! I am started fresh and taking a new approach!
http://beckyloses200.blogspot.com/2010/10/so-of-my-secrets-nov-18-2009.html This is a link to what I was doing 5 months into my weight loss. I do eat more calories now since I'm not trying to lose but rather maintain mostly. Now I eat between 1400-2000 calories depending on the day. I love the feeling of exercise and now if I want to watch TV then I have to be exercising. I made that decision a year ago and I've pretty much stuck to it. This doesn't count for watching a movie with the family or my hubby.
These are so brave of you to share. Thank you again for just living, or just being! xoxo
ReplyDeleteI figure the more honest I am with myself the more likely I will stay focused on my goal to keep the weight off. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThat's unbelievable, I had no idea!
ReplyDeleteYou are amazing. Thank you for sharing.
