I could see my breath but it felt so good to do a quick 2 miles (averaged just under 10min/mile today). In a couple weeks I’ll be back up to 4 miles. I really need to get my body back into running shape! My breathing is what I notice the most.
I want it to feel effortless again.
So that's 6 min/km. Faster than me, and I've been running all winter. I am down to 6:20 for some intervals, but that's pushing it pretty fast for me. My comfortable pace is 7 min/km, but 6mos ago I had to work really hard to get to 7 min/km, so I know I'm improving.
