2 Weeks down - July 6th, 2009
I just finished a great workout and have a very busy day ahead of me but I'm excited to report that so far I have lost 5% of my weight and I'm on track for my goal. It is getting harder to withstand the cravings and to push myself in the workouts every day but I'm determined to do it! It is going to be very difficult through the rest of the month since I will be gone 10 days on vacation with the family then 5 days with YW Camp. I just will have to sneak in exercise wherever I can and eat only a little bit of the very fattening yummy camp food! I hope that I'm strong enough!!!
