I fit into my goal dress. - Sept 6, 2009

I bought this dress 6 1/2 years ago for my sister Kara's wedding but it didn't fit. I decided to keep it as a reminder of what size I dreamed I might someday be. Well today was the day to wear it to church. I was actually a little disappointed that it fit kind of weird and boxy. It actually is too big on the shoulders and waist now but does fit my hips. It really didn't show off my curves at all. (Check bottom picture.)I always thought of this style of dress as being for skinny people so it was fun to wear it.
