Recipe
30 oz cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
15 oz chicken broth
6 potatoes
3 cups carrots
4 stalks celery
1 onion
1/2 pound lean ground beef browned
Servings 12 (about 150 calories per serving)
All ingredients in the pot ready to simmer on low for 6 hours. Delicious! I added 2 cups of leftover brown rice from yesterdays dinner to thicken it a little.
Ready to eat with a slice of homemade bread!
