I did it!!! I didn’t just finish but totally rocked the race!!!  I even ran it like a real runner and everything. My time on my watch is 2:05!!!  I look forward to seeing what my adjusted time is in a few days but for now here are my results.
Almost to the finish line! (Thanks Kim for the picture.)

We did it!!!  Anna gave me the best birthday present ever (this race)!!!

3 AM is very early!
I’ll have more pictures after Anna sends them to me but here are my before and after shots. I’ll write more later but I must say it was a life changing moment. I have a HOT DATE to go on so I better get ready.

  1. Congrats Becky! That's an awesome accomplishment!

  2. WAHOO!!!!!!!! I LOVE OFFICIAL RUNS AND YOU ARE SO AWESOME!!!! There is SO much energy there, hey? I am SOOO happy for you that you got to experience everything you did! YAY!

  3. Great job! Fantastic time!

  4. From where you've been to where you are is just plain incredible! Awesome. You really are an inspiration. I have no doubt that your dad is one proud papa.

  5. Congrats, Becky! That is fantastic! You are getting quick :) Way to do it!

  6. It was so much fun to see you!! And now I'm kicking myself that I didn't watch for Anna {we were her cheerleaders when she and Mandi ran Hobblecreek}.

I'll email you the picture I took. My camera batteries were almost out, so I'm hoping it isn't too blurry. It cracks me up because the girl in front of you was also named Becky- and she was asking us who we were! Hilarious!

Great job. That's a huge accomplishment- and GREAT time, by the way.
