Thanks for the advice.

I am so thankful for all of the great advice I've received. I already do beans, quinoa, and brown rice but probably not as often as I should.  I am eating more sugar and processed items and I just need to stop "cold turkey".  I have printed the cleanse stuff from XLMIC and I'm going to try sticking just to the foods on the list.  Thanks again for all of the wonderful support. I'm going to eat right today!

  1. Hi Becky

All that running definitely will rev up your appetite for carbs - I really get that! (And now that I'm not able to really run very much, I had to learn how to dial back what I'd been eating - a lot of processed carbs!) I can't offer much advice - only perhaps that you may need to experiment a little with different amounts of proteins/carbs/fat to get the right mix, so you'll feel satisfied. Only YOUR body can tell you what that comination is...

I hope you're having a good day! Your progress has been nothing short of amazing! :)

  2. Becky... you will probably want to add some protein in there (fish or chicken probably)... or go get a rice-based protein powder... one that is high protein and low carb.

You are going to do great with it :)

And if the sweet need hits... do try the medjool dates.
