What a difference two weeks can make!

    1. Being aware what I am eating, drinking lots of water and exercising again. Just the basic stuff. I have good days and bad days like everyone. Really pushing myself to sweat each day.

  2. I haven't even lost 2 lbs in 3 weeks and even back when I was trying really hard and cut my calories down to 1000 I still never lost as much weight in the short amount of time that you have! Great job!

    1. I retain a lot of water so a lot of the initial weight loss is simply water weight, it always is. Keep working at it!
