Day 2 Checking In

8:30 am
breakfast: 1 carbmaster yogurt (60cal)
                2 thin slices toast (homemade bread) w/butter spray (150 cal)
                1 sugar-free apple cider packet (10 cal)
                 4 cups warm water
9:15 am
exercise: 3 mile quick bike ride pulling Jaimee in the bike trailer

10:15am  4 cups water
  broccoli (100 cal)
6 sweet potato chips (70cal)

exercise: 1 mile walk

12:30pm
lunch: 1 cup homemade vegetarian chili (150cal)
baked potato (120 cal)
thin slice of quesidilla (50cal)
3 cups water

3pm
snack: 2 bites ice cream off the top of a McDonald's cone (45 cal)
5pm
snack: 3 slices ham (75 cal)

4 cups water

6:45pm
dinner: 1 cup brown rice with 1/2 cup stroganoff sauce, 1 cup green beans (600 cal?)

10pm

exercise:1 hour elliptical, 40 min toning
4 cups water

Calories for the day: 1430 cal
20 cups water
exercise for the day: 3 mile bike, 1 mile walk, 1 hour elliptical, 40 min toning
