ReplyDeleteYeah for a new treadmill, I bought one just after Christmas. I love it because there are no excuses anymore, either kettlebells, run outside or inside but the choice is yours. I find it funny to watch when I run, I have run at 5:30 in the morning and then another day I run at 11pm it is my crazy life but I really love the freedom it gave me to just getter done.
