Changing myself one step at a time. -March 8, 2010

I did it!!! My last 10 pounds are off! 170 pounds total weight loss doing it the right way. 2 hours exercise 5-6 days a week and eating right! I didn't do anyone's program, I didn't take any pills or try any diets. This is a life change and it is worth it. I will never say I can't do it again. I thought this was an impossibility but I did it!!!
