I created a new recipe…

Becky’s Whole Wheat/ Flax Seed Crackers

3 3/4 cup whole wheat flour

1/3 cup flax seed finely ground

1 tsp sea salt

1 1/2 cup water

1/4 cup canola oil

Mix all ingredients together.  Roll out half of the dough onto a large cookie sheet.  You want the crackers to be very thin.  Sprinkle with salt and flax seeds (optional).  Cut with pizza cutter then dimple with a fork.  Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 min. Makes 180 crackers.  14 calories each or for a regular cracker serving of 25 grams it is 120 calories. Every calorie is healthy so enjoy!!!
